Jeff Handmaker
Dr. Jeff Handmaker is a lecturer in law, human rights and development at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University and an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Law at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Before joining the ISS he worked for several years as a human rights lawyer on projects in Southern Africa, West Africa, the Mahgreb and Middle East.
